14 Gallons

25 lbs. Canada Malting
1 lb. Bairds Crystal ( 75L )
65 grams EKG pellet hops ( 60 min. )
1056 Wyeast Slurry

O.G. - 1.050
F.G. - 1.010
% - 5.26
SRM - 7.2
BU - 18.8

I sanitized the neck of the 2 carboys and dumped the slurry into the 14.5 gallon conical. I realize that a lot of homebrewers say not to do this because of over pitching and all that trub ( dead yeast, hop trub etc. ) getting into the beer. I did this once before with no noticeable difference in the finished beer. I won't do it again for brew number 3 though. I'll gather the yeast out of the conical and try to seperate all the bad stuff from the good stuff. The next brew will show me if I did it right.
