3 Dog Cavan Springs Ale This is the last time I will brew this recipe. I don't like it that much. I am glad I didn't buy a sack of Vienna malt. Maybe in conjunction with munich, crystal it may be a better beer. IPAS for the next few months anyway. 15 Gallons 22 lbs. Canada Malting 2-row 2.34 lbs. Vienna Malt 75 grams Hallertauer - 60 min. 25 grams Hallertauer - 30 min. 30 grams Nottingham O.G. - 1.050 F.G. -1.008 % - 5.5 SRM - 4.5 BU - 23 This beer turned out okay, but it is too bland. \i brewed it to see if all my cleaning and sanitation the last month or so was up to par. If I had any sanitation issues, it would of turned up in this simple ale.
