Wort on slurry. Haven't done this yet, but am doing it now. Getting a keg ready the day before to keg the next morning. Well, that didn't happen. Ingredients 11 lbs. Weyermann Pilsner Malt 9 ozs. Munich Malt 76.70 g Saaz - 2.8% AA at 60 min WLP810 San Fran Lager Slurry ( wort on slurry ) Water Profile - My Helles/Kolsch CA - 50 S04 - 70 CI - 70 PH - 5.31 O.G. - 1.050 F.G. - 1.010 % - 5.2 SRM - 3.4 BU - 25 Going with just a 60 min addition of Saaz today. My history using Saaz is not that great. I just can't seem to get a lot of bu/aroma out of them. Now I don't care as this is the last of my stock and will go with Hallertauer for now on.
