Baptiste Lake Bitter 15 Gallons This is the first time using WLP037 Yorkshire Square yeast. I have heard good things and bad things from this yeast. Here goes nothing. 22.50 lbs. Canada 2-row 1.5 lbs. Crystal 120 1.00 lbs. Carastan Malt 65 grams EKG - 60 min. WLP037 Yorkshire Square Ale O.G. - 1.043 F.G. - 1.012 % - 4.3 BU - 18 SRM - 11 FTBS It is still fermenting away on April 30. It will be kegged on May 16.
