14 Gallons Cujo's Canadian Amber Ale This is a summer quaffer. I used all Centenial hops to get a nice, medium citrus flavour to it. It is very hot out now, ( 30C ) for the first time this year. By the time this beer is ready, it will be September. It should still be nice though. 22 lbs. Canada Malting Pale Malt 1 lb. Flaked Barley 1 lb. Crystal ( 70L ) 8 ozs.
