My last brew for the year!!! This year sucked for brewing beer, but has picked up in the last month or so. Just brew lagers and you will be fine.This is the easiest recipe I have ever brewed and hopefully the best tasting. I am putting in a total effort in brewing this now and all of 2019 and beyond. If my Dec. 10 Helles tastes good when I didn't wash the yeast, I just swirled it around after kegging my SS, dumped it in my new Helles wort. The only thing I didn't like was pitching yeast at 62 F.
