WLP060 American Ale Blend slurry stepped up to a 3 L starter RO water Salts in mash and kettle 3 g gypsum 6 g calcium chloride 4 g epsom salts 4 ml lactic acid in mash water only O.G. - 1.051 - 77% efficency F.G. - 1.013 % - 5 BU -15 SRM - 4

English Pale Ale 15 Gallons 25 lbs. GWM ( US ) 1.31 lbs. Wheat 1 lb. Crystal 60 56.70 g EKG Whole ( 6.6% AA ) 60 min. 28.35 g EKG Whole ( 6.6% AA ) 30 min. Wyeast 1098 British Ale RO Water ( 10 gallons in mash and sparge keg ) 3 g Gypsum 6 g Calcium Chloride 4 g Epsom salt Salts were added to the grains @ mash in and the kettle before the boil 4 ml Lactic Acid in the mash water before adding grains The water profile is basic brewing water. Crystal malt was added @ first runnings of sparge water. O.G. - 1.056 F.G. - % - SRM - 6 BU - 25
