Cavan Blazers Blonde Ale ( Double Batch ) Batch One 14 Gallons I got around 19L each in two 23L carboys. 20 lbs. Canada Malt 2 lbs. Munich Malt ( 6L ) 1 lb. Carastan Malt ( 34L ) 67g EKG - 60 min. 50g S-04 split between two carboys - sprinkled on top Fermented @ 17C - 62F to get a clean fermentation. O.G. - 1.044 ( 75% EFFICIENCY ) F.G. - 1.012 % - 4.2 BU - 20 SRM - 5 FTBS Batch Two 15 gallons 22 lbs. Canada Malt 2 lbs. Munich Malt ( 6L ) 1 lb. Carastan Malt ( 34L ) 72g EKG - 60 min. 100 g S-04 - sprinkled on top Temp of wort - 64F. I set the fridge to 17C - 62F to get a clean fermentation O.G. - 1.050 F.G. - 1.013 % - 4.9 BU - 23 SRM - 5 FTBS
