Mmmm Brains I Want Your Brains!!!!! 15 Gallons This is the last of the NotSoGreat Western Malt which has given my beer pernament haze since I bought this first bag way back in April. I added some extra stuff in this ESB to hopefully solve the problem. I am going to be buying 7 bags of grain soon and want this problem solved. I added 5.2 PH buffer and clarity ferm. Here goes nothing. This was the last of the sack and good fucken ridence I say. 23 lbs. NSGWM - ( 92% ) 2 lbs. Crystal 75 - ( 8% ) 50 g UK Target @ 60 min. 10 AA. Wyeast 1469 West Yorkshire 50/50 Rocky Ridge Spring/RO water 3 tbsp. of 5.2 PH buffer in mash water only. Clarity Ferm ( 10 ml ) in the Conical. ( Did not work, chill haze evident, like soup ). Kegged on Nov. 3. Very hazey beer as per usual with GWM.
