This is the first in batches using and re-using the same yeast. I have two weeks to get more malt and get all my other brews packaged. This will take me into the end of April. After that I have to use some sort of fermentation temperature control. Yes, I love summer, but not for brewing. At least for brewing multiple brews all over the place so easily done in the winter. This turned out good, at least out of the fermenters. I like this yeast. It slowly ferments down to where it should be. I did notice that Nottingham just went crazy for a couple of days. I didn't like the resulting beer. Maybe it just fermented too fast? I will leave that question to the experts. I won't use it again.
