Cavan Blazers House Ale 15 Gallons 70% RO 30% Well 25 lbs. Bohemian Pilsner 1.31 lbs. Wheat 77 g Hallertauer Tradition ( 60 min ) 40 g US-O5 I am so excited to see how this turns out... O.G. - 1.050 F.G. - 1.014 % - 4.7 BU -31 SRM - 3 FTBS This beer turned out fine. I am not sure if I like Hallertauer Tradition hops yet. It is still young beer, so an update in about 2-3 weeks is in order. This was a very crisp, hoppy and clear beer. The BU were kind of high, but mellowed out in a couple of weeks or so. So far the US-05 yeast has made the best beer so far with this recipe. I am trying different yeast, all liquid. WLP001 is going to be used with this recipe soon. Update to follow.
