Using the ingredients I have on hand to throw this together. I bought a sack of 2 row and a brick of yeast, so there is no reason at all to buy extra ingredients for this bitter. It will be fine. I will be mashing at 154 F. I have read that some brewers mash at 158 F, but I am not doing that for now. I did go to 156 F for awhile because I don't want a thin beer. Crystal 40 28 g US-05 ( Rehydrated ) 10.70 g Citra - FWH 13 g Citra at 20 min. 11 g Citra at 5 min. 55 g Citra at 0 min. Add all of the remaining hops in the little jar to a santized muslum bag and add to the keg. There is 134 g.  O.G. - 1.044 F.G. -  1.010 % -     4.5 SRM - 4 BU - 27 PH - 5.32 Yellow Balanced from Bru'n Water CA - 50 CI - 60 S04 - 75 Mash Water - 5 gallons Sparge Water - 5 gallons Mash and Sparge  Gyp - 1.4 g CI - 1.7 g Eps - 1.6 g Lactic Acid in mash - 2 ml Lactic Acid in sparge - .2 ml                               ...
