Wheat 70 g Spalt Select 28.35 g Tettnang WLP080 American Ale Blend 100% RO water Minerals were added to the mash and the boil. 3 g gypsum 6 g calcium chloride 4 g epsom salt 5 ml lactic acid in mash only ( did not mash the Carahell malt ) Specs: O.G. - 1.058 F.G. - 1.011 % - 6.2 BU - 28 SRM - 6 ( looks lighter )
