Filtered My IPA on Saturday, February 27, 2021

No cardboard taste, but it has that harsh/tea bag taste and seems to be getting worse. I got this a few months ago too. No idea why. Water Profile? Splashing beer to my keg or just splashing it around when I filtered it. I never get this in Kolsch beers. That is why I am switching to 100% Kolsch beers until I can figure out why this beer is harsh/astrigent.                                                               TASTE ON MARCH 1ST Not too bad, but cloying for sure, but no harsh taste yet.                     ...
