Working on getting up on stock of my House Ale. I have none of this brewed at all. 15 Gallons 22 lbs. Canada Malt 2 lbs. Munich Malt 1 lb. Crystal 10 1 lb. Carapils 70 grams EKG - 60 min. 44.5 grams US-05 6g Wyeast yeast nutrient O.G. - 1.048 F.G. - 1.013 % - 4.6 SRM - 6 BU 20 FTBS I DID NOT REHYDRATE THE YEAST. GOING GOOD NEXT MORNING.

15 Gallons This is another variation of this recipe. It has all of the hops added late in the boil. 22 lbs. Canada Malt 1 lb. Crystal 90 1 lb. Munich 55 grams Amarillo - 20 min. 55 grams Centennial - 20 min. 8 grams Simcoe - 20 min. 56 grams Amarillo - 10 min. 56 grams Centennial - 10 min. 76 grams Simcoe - 0 min. 550 ml Nottingham rehydrated O.G. - 1.044 F.G. - 1.012 % - 4.2 BU - 24 SRM - 7.5 FTBS
