Working on getting up on stock of my House Ale. I have none of this brewed at all. 15 Gallons 22 lbs. Canada Malt 2 lbs. Munich Malt 1 lb. Crystal 10 1 lb. Carapils 70 grams EKG - 60 min. 44.5 grams US-05 6g Wyeast yeast nutrient O.G. - 1.048 F.G. - 1.013 % - 4.6 SRM - 6 BU 20 FTBS I DID NOT REHYDRATE THE YEAST. GOING GOOD NEXT MORNING.
