THERMOPEN VS MR. ROBOBREW

ROBOBREW    - 57F

Check the temp in the morning when you add water. Never know when Mr. Robobrew will
decide to act up. Ignore the readings when you are mashing as the Rahr malt seems to throw
a lot of trub at the bottom on top of the temp probe. If you set it at say 152F, leave it alone.
There is nothing you can do to change it and if you do you will most likely do more harm
than good. Don't bother checking the mash water as it will be way too low, like 9F too low.
That is a false reading because it has to go up and out the top and it cools on it's way back.
