Costco Wine - May 29, 2018
The last of the twin pack of 7 L Chardonnay. Nice to get another pail and do them both at the same time.
Everything went normal. Had to toss it in the keezer because it got too hot 75 F. It is best to do two brews in the spring/winter on the bench and use the wall heater if needed. Can bottle July 2 or 3, or longer but not any earlier. I will try to use the thick walled beverage line as an intake to the pump. I hope to not get any egg whites this time ( foam ).
