11 Gallons - TOSSED THIS OUT AS IT HAD A BIG, CLOYING TASTE AND GETTING WORSE.

Busy time of year for brewing. Today and boxing day. Also Dec. 29. Beer for everyone!!!!!!! Nope, not this time. The 5 L flask fell off of the stir plate and spilled all of it on the office floor. Didn't break though, but no Helles for awhile.

22 lbs. Pearl malt
2 lbs. Muntons Crystal 60
8 ozs. UK Chocolate malt ( 475 srm )
8 ozs. Chocolate Wheat - Hi Hitler ( 375 srm )
6 ozs. Carafa Special III - Hi Hitler ( 500 srm )
28.35 grams Wye Target - 11 AA - 60 min.
28.35 grams Wye Target - 11 AA - 30 min.
Wyeast 1468 West Yorkshire
70/30 RO/WELL

I mashed the Pearl malt only.
Added the C-60 at the end of the mash
I cold steeped the dark grains the day before in cold RO water at 2qts./lb. ( 2.6 L RO water ).
