This is a new recipe for a Canadian Amber Ale. I hope to get enough of a hop aroma in this because of 8.3% Crystal 60. I am using 112 g ( 4 ozs. ) of Cascade hops at the end of the boil.

22 lbs. OiO Canadian 2 row
2 lbs. Muntons Crystal 60
56 g Horizon - 11 AA - 60 min.
112 g Cascade - 6.4 AA - 0 min.
City of Peterborough water treated with Campden tablets.
3 Sachets Nottingham
