This is an end of the bag brew. Basically an Oktoberfest/Marsen type brew. I should be using my last 3 vials of liquid lager yeast. Maybe next time.

2.31 lbs. Crystal 40
1 lb. Carapils
4 ozs. Melanoidin Malt
90g Hallertauer - 60 min.
30g Hallertauer - 20 min.
50g Nottingham
