3 Dog Pub Ale

15 Gallons

This turned out pretty good, so I am going to brew it again. I am using saved yeast from the last brew, so I may as well use the same recipe.

22 lbs. Canada Malt
1 lb. Weyermann Crystal 10L
80 grams Hallertauer - 60 min.
WLP001 Cal Ale slurry

O.G. - 1.042
F.G. - 1.010
% - 4.2
SRM - 4.2
BU - 20

Seems to taste a little smoother than the last one. I guess re-using yeast is better. I got 300ml of washed yeast from my 14.5 gallon conical. I think if I opened the lid after draining to my kegs, I will get more yeast. I will have to add 2L of sanitized water and wash the yeast. 300ml seems a little low.
