Krabby Patty Pub Ale
This is a light beer for our annual Christmas get together. I should of brewed this last month because I don't have time to brew another brew in case this goes south.
14 Gallons
25 lbs. G & P 2 row
1 lb. Crystal ( 75L )
1 lb. Flaked Barley
60 grams EKG ( 5% AA ) mash hopped
40 grams Nottingham
O.G. - 1.052
F.G. - 1.014
% - 5
SRM - 6.8
BU - 18.4
This is a nice, smooth light ale. The Christmas visitors should like it. I need more hops though. Just a little bit more to make it interesting.
