That Dark Stuff

This is a recipe I put together from specialty grains that needed to be used up. I should of used more special B in this recipe. Next time.

15 Gallons

25 lbs. G & P 2-row
1 lb. Crystal ( 75L )
1 lb. Flaked Barley
8 ozs. Weyermans Carafa III
4 ozs. Dingemans Special B
70 grams EKG Mash Hopped
28 grams EKG ( 30 min )
28 grams EKG ( 1 min )
40 grams Nottingham

O.G. - 1.060
F.G. - 1.010
% - 6.6
SRM - 14.8
BU - 26.3

This beer is okay, but I didn't use enough of the dark grains. It has a hint of special B, but not enough of what I was looking for. I will double the B malt if I ever brew this again.
