Brew Day - February 16, 2009

I am back to brewing this original recipe that I brewed last summer. It is a light ale for around the back deck and pool. I brewed a slight variation of this recipe last month and it didn't turn out very well.

3 Dog Pub Ale

15 Gallons

22 lbs. G&P 2-row
8 ounces crystal ( 70L )
50 grams EKG pellet hops
24 grams Nottingham dry yeast

O.G. - 1.048
F.G. - 1.010
% - 5
SRM - 4.8
BU - 14.5

It was very hazy coming out of the conical. I sure need to clean this up.
