6 lbs. Flaked Barley
2 lbs. Weyermann De-husked Carafa III
85 grams EKG
30 grams Nottingham Yeast
O.G. - 1.050
F.G. - 1.010

I used this de-husked black malt for the first time. It has a very light smell to it. It has a low astringent tate to it. I tasted a smooth, creamy roasted malt with no burnt, or strong black malt taste. This sounds good, but I still want that stout flavour.
