Brew Day - November 7, 2008

This brew is a light ale that I usually only make in the summer. Low level of hops in this brew make it a great beer around the pool. This is for our annual family Christmas and there are a lot of mega-swillers coming. I have on hand of course my Stout and my English IPA for anyone who craves beer with flavour. Here is my pool beer recipe. Pretty simple.

22 lbs. Canada Malting 2-row
1 lb. 75L Crystal
1 lb. flaked barley
55 grams EKG hop pellets ( 60 min )
