3 Dog IPA

This is my first feeble attempt at an IPA. This is a light IPA if it exists. Maybe just an amber ale? I didn't want a high alcohol beer at this time. I may brew a true to style IPA later on this winter. This is my version that should be drinkable just in time for Christmas.

22 lbs. Canadaian 2 Row Malt
1.5 lbs. Flaked Barley
1.0 lbs. Crystal ( 80L )
1.0 lbs. Biscuit ( 25L )
1.0 lbs. Corn Sugar
50 gms. Chinook pellet hops - 60 min.
25 gms. Chinook pellet hops - 30 min.
10 gms. Chinook pellet hops - 10 min.
28 gms. Nottingham yeast
Mashed @ 150F for 90 min.
Fermented @ 67F
