I bought a can of Cutthroat West Coast Style Ale ( BC ) from our local Communist liquor store and thought it was a real nice beer. Very malty with hints of honey malt and C hops. This is my first attempt at a clone.
22 lbs. UK Pearl malt
1.5 lbs Honey malt 18 L
1.5 lbs. Munich malt 6 L
1 lb. Carafoam 2 L
1 lb. Muntons Crystal 60
45 g Hallertauer Tradition ( 7 AA ) - 60 min.
45 g Cascade ( 7.1 AA ) - 60 min.
70 g Cascade ( 7 AA ) - 0 min.
56 g Cascade ( 7 AA ) - dry hop
CITY/RO - 50/50
