These hops are 2 years old. I found them in the back of my freezer. They had a wonderful aroma to them. This beer is okay, not my favourite style. I need to mash higher to get a more of a malt taste. however, I am going to buy Muntons malt so it will have more flavour than this bland American 2-row malt.

                                                       FINAL THOUGHTS

Not my best beer for the style, but okay. I defintely have a PH problem and alkinitity issue also. The darker the brew, the better it tastes. I need to get my PH in check and also stop brewing with high alkaline water, such as my bloody well water. Done.
