This is the first time using WLP037 Yorkshire Square yeast. I have heard good things and bad things from this yeast. Here goes nothing.

1.5 lbs. Crystal 120
1.00 lbs. Carastan Malt
65 grams EKG - 60 min.

It is still fermenting away on April 30. It will be kegged on May 16.
