Brew Day - September 24, 2011
Yet another version of a CIPA. This is quite malty and I hope I used enough hops to balance it out. The wort tasted pretty good. It was quite dark. I think the crystal 40 made it darker, although Promash didn't reflect that. It has a nice copper hue to it which I think is great. However, this may make it too malty. If so, I'll raise the BU to like 60 to 65 or even to 70 the next time i brew this. As long as it doesn't get too cloying I will get away with all the hop additions.
