SHAKA Cream Ale

This is a tribute to our Hawaii vacation earlier this year. Maui Brewing had a great line up of beers. This brew cleaned out my inventory of adjuncts I had hanging around for too long.

17 lbs. Canada Malt
4.35 lbs. flaked corn
2.12 lbs. flaked rice
1 lb. carapils
1 lb. crystal 10
70 grams Hallertauer - 60 min.
50 grams Nottingham
