3 Dog Pub Ale

This is my easy drinking pub ale which I have brewed in the past with great success. I am using a different yeast now. I am now using Mauribrew Ale 514. This is a lazy yeast, takes longer to ferment and clear though. I used all the malt I had in the bag this time.

26 lbs. Canada 2-row
1 lb. Bairds Crystal ( 70L )
1 lb. Flaked Barley
50 grams EKG hops ( 60 min )
40 grams Mauribrew Ale Yeast - 514
