22 lbs. Canada Malting
1 lb. Crystal ( 70L )
1 lb. Flaked Barley
8 ozs. Biscuit

70 gms ( 3.6% AA ) Hallertauer ( 60 min )

23 grams US - O5 yeast

This is a summer pool beer. I only make this once or twice a year for around the pool for company. It is not my favourite style because of lack of hops, but is a good quaffer anyway. This beer is infected by something. It didn't look right two days into fermentation. Slime like shit on the top of the carboy. I knew that something was up. I just don't know what or why? Try again I guess and keep up the sanitation and hope for the best. Summer brewing, I don't like it. Too much humidity, crap in the air etc...
