Filtered My IPA on Saturday, February 27, 2021

 Giving it a shot as I have no gelatin at the moment. Course filter only. I sampled a cup and it was real hazy, just like those hazy ipa's they make on purpose which may taste good, but to me beer has to be clear. I am starting to think I some how oxidized this beer. No cardboard taste, but it has that harsh/tea bag taste and seems to be getting worse. I got this a few months ago too. No idea why. Water Profile? Splashing beer to my keg or just splashing it around when I filtered it. I never get this in Kolsch beers. That is why I am switching to 100% Kolsch beers until I can figure out why this beer is harsh/astrigent.

Not too bad, but cloying for sure, but no harsh taste yet.
