23 Litres
Do the same as your Pear cider. I had to boil 5 litres of RO water from the water cooler along with the corn sugar. I don't trust the water coming from it. Temp was 72 F at pitching time. This stuff is thick in the bag. I need to rinse it out more than I did. Going good the next day. Some foam on top and I will have to watch it getting higher. I don't have any spare blow off hoses, so I may have to add no-foam to keep it from spewing out the top. This tasted more fruity than the Pear, but I do like it. Very easy to make, just pour and ferment.
