25 lbs. GWM
2 lbs. Munich
2 lbs. Carahell
1.31 lbs. Wheat
70 g Spalt Select
28.35 g Tettnang
WLP080 American Ale Blend
100% RO water
Minerals were added to the mash and the boil.
3 g gypsum
6 g calcium chloride
4 g epsom salt
5 ml lactic acid in mash only ( did not mash the Carahell malt )
