This beer turned out fine. I am not sure if I like Hallertauer Tradition hops yet. It is still young beer, so an update in about 2-3 weeks is in order. This was a very crisp, hoppy and clear beer. The BU were kind of high, but mellowed out in a couple of weeks or so. So far the US-05 yeast has made the best beer so far with this recipe. I am trying different yeast, all liquid. WLP001 is going to be used with this recipe soon. Update to follow.
