Brew Day - Monday, Febuary 20, 2012

This is yet, another version of this style of beer. I hope to get a lot of hop aroma with this beer without the bitterness. I kept the specialty malts to a minimum so it is all hops and with just enough maltiness to balance it out. I guess this is an CIPA light. I hope the beer gods don't get too mad at me for this recipe.

22 lbs. Canada Malt
1 lb. Carastan Malt
1 lb. Munich Malt
14 grams Amarillo FWH
14 grams Centennial FWH
14 grams Amirillo - 20 min.
14 grams Centennial - 20 min.
14 grams Amarillo - 10 min.
14 grams Centennial - 10 min.
14 grams Amarillo - 5 min.
14 grams Centennial - 5 min.
14 grams Amarilo - 0 min.
14 grams Centennial - 0 min.
