Poplar Plains Cream Ale
Ingredients 8 lbs. Rahr 1 lb. Flaked Rice 1 lb. Flaked Corn 30 grams Hallertauer - ( 4% ) Escarpment Labs House Ale This is Reign's first beer. I am going to guide him through it all. Using Mr. Robobrew to do this. Total wort will be around 5 gallons but with the boil and other things related to that, I decided to ferment this in a 3 gallon Fermonster carboy. I think I will bottle condition this in PET bottles and hand it over to Reign to take home. Thinking about using the CPBF and I could clear it better but decided not to do that at the moment. I think in time it will clear in the bottle if my memory serves me but will take a month or so to do that. Not sure if Reign will wait that long, especially when you first start brewing. I haven't told him about this yet, but will do that sometime between now and opening the pool.
