                                                               BREW NOTES

I didn't get a good efficiency on this beer today. The abv will be around 2.7%. No matter because this is what I want, but yea, kind of low. Will mill my grains on notch 4 for now on.

Day 1 - Not much activity.

Day 2 - Not much more, if anything. Kind of cool though, like 64 F. Looks like it will be going by

             tonight.

Day 3 - Going good. Set it at 18.5C.

Day 8 - Slowing down but still kind of steady. Can put of shelf to allow for a keg if needed.

Tossed this on the bench to finish. All fridges off, no beer in kegs at all. This is what the

Chink Virus does to my bulk grain buy. Yes, we finally got it going, but a month of no

             brewing sucks.
