                                                         BREWERS NOTES

Way too much Munich malt. I got this recipe out of BCS. This is the first or second one from his book that I don't like. Not too bad as I have based most of my brews on his book the last few years. However, it seems to be mellowing out now, but will need to age a month or more. I won't brew this again, I like my Pilsner recipe better. Note to self: NEVER BREW A NEW RECIPE FOR CHRISTMAS. Great colour though. I added 5 tsps of Gelatin to 1 L of boiled and cooled RO water. That is 1 1/4 tsp per keg and it is clearing fast. Nope, way too malty. A lesson learned.
