1 lb. Carafoam
8 ozs. Acid Malt
63.30 g Hallertauer Tradition - 7 AA ( 60 min )
51 g Hallertauer ( whole ) - 3.3 AA ( 0 min )
Wyeast 1056
4.2 g Calcium Chloride in mash, no salts in sparge.

10 Gallons DI in mash
5 Gallons RO + 5 Gallons DI in sparge keg.

O.G. - 1.060 - 96% EFFICIENCY!!!!!!!!WTF?
F.G. - 1.014

BU - 24.4

Fermented it @ 62 F. It finished in around 5 days. Kegged on day 15.
