15 Gallons

This is a clone of my favourite beer, Beaus Lugtread Kolsch.

After a taste on kegging day I would say I am close somewhat.
My bitterness isn't high enough but that is easy to fix. I moved
the Hersbrucker hops to flame out instead of 15 min.

I taste a lot of sulphur after kegging. I realize it is early and it needs to age but I will try another yeast with this recipe that I can turn over quickly because I want to bottle it and don't want to age it a long time before I do that.I forgot to boil it for 90 min. I did boil for 70 min. though, hopefully that was enough.
