Brew Day - October 23, 2011



This is my house ale. This will be brewed until December when I'll finish off with a stout.

22 lbs. Canada malt
3 lbs. Munich malt
1 lb. Carapils malt
1 lb. Crystal malt
90 grams German Hallertauer - 60 min.
50 grams Nottingham


O.G. - 1.050
F.G. - 1.010
% - 5.3
BU - 22
SRM - 6

When I kegged it, it very, very hazy. Seemed to have yeast all the way through it. Gelatin will clear it though, it always does.
