O.G. - 1.090
Racking Gravity - .0998 - Thought it would be lower. Added stuff on Jan. 29.

Since I am not allowed to buy Costco Wine kits, ( which are cheaper than this one ) I bought this. Instructions are different but I will follow them since they made the kit. I am way behind of wine kits. I should of been making wine months ago. I will continue to make this for the time being.

                                                             NOTES

Day 1 - Put it all together.
Day 2 - Going good by the smell in the bathroom. 74 F. Turned heat down a bit.
Day 3 - 70 F. Turned heat up a bit. -20 C outside.
Day 4 - Same. Smells like a wine store in the bathroom.
Day 14 - Jan. 29 - Rack to a carboy and use everything in the kit in one sitting and let it sit for
2 weeks. Will rack on day 15 or 16, I am busy with septic tank shit. It is not clearing
like the Costco kits, but I do have 2 weeks or so, so we will see.
Can bottle on Feb. 12 or later.

                                                          BOTTLED ON FEB 14

Taste on bottling day. Quite nice for a one hour wine. Lighter than the Costco wine. I like it but it is too early if it is better than the Costco wine. The one thing about this wine is the lack of tannins. It
tastes like the wine you buy. Not the expensive and aged stuff, but regular wine for regular folk.
