First thing I have to do is to see if Mr. Robobrew works. I knocked it over in the garage watering my flowers. After all, it is a cheap PC board installed in a coffee urn. Yes, it still works.

                                                            BREW DAY NOTES

Weather is nice, so get r done. May try to set the timer in the Robobrew to get hot water in the morning when I wake up. Nope, decided to not let this thing run while I am sleeping. Don't trust it.
Yeast pitched at 12 noon.

Day 2 - Nothing yet. Took over 20 hours to get going. WTF?
Day 3 - Same.

                                                              Update - Aug 11

This has turned out to be a really nice beer. One of the few West Coast Style beers that have tasted good. Even with US-05 which I have always hated. I will continue to make this style, maybe a little darker using just Cascade. If I get low, I will of course use Columbus as I don't waste anything.
