I bought 11 lbs. of Tettnang pellet hops ( 2013 ). They are only 3.2% AA. May as well use them in a simple ale to find out how they are.

Kegged this. A little over the top with the flame out hops. Won't do that again. Taste is fine considering it sat there for 3 hours in the remaining carboy. I won't use dry yeast again in a blonde ale. I just can't get the taste I am looking for. Wyeast 1010 in my blonde ale a couple of years ago tasted real good. The Tettnang hops are fine. That is good since I bought 11 lbs. of it cheap. 2013 crop.
